WELCOME TO ROL SUNDAY MORNINGS!
Welcome to River of Life! We hope you feel at home with us. Our services are held outside at River of Life Church at 10 a.m. We also have an online service that is streamed at 10 a.m. and available online afterward. Our services last about an hour and include a time of worship and teaching from the Bible.
Our Bulletins are interactive: click on a title to see more.
SERMON QUESTIONS TO CONSIDER:
- Do you think that luck or chance causes events to in our life? If you feel that way, does it increase or decrease your anxiety about the future?
- Does believing that God is all powerful and sovereign increased your trust in God? How has it changed the way you think about the crazy world of which we live?
- Are there hardships in your life at this time? Give an example of a specific difficulty in your life and explain how the truth that “God is love” helps.
- We know that Satan is real and is out to devour us. Share an experience when and how you overcame Satan.
- Galatians 6:9 encourages us to not give up and grow weary, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest of righteousness. Notice it’s in the plural: “we”. What are some practical ways you can encourage others to not give up?
WHAT’S HAPPENING THIS FALL:

On Sunday, November 1, when we move back to our 9 & 10:45 AM services, we will only have kids programming available at the 9 AM service.

Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan’s Purse, an international relief organization. Their mission is to provide local partners around the world with shoeboxes filled with small toys, hygiene items, and school supplies as a means of reaching out to children in their own communities with the Good News of Jesus Christ. They ship these simple gifts outside the United States to children affected by war, poverty, natural disaster, famine, and disease; and to children living on Native American reservations in the U.S.
Shoeboxes will be available at church in the foyer starting on November 1 and collection dates at the church will be November 16-23 if you would like to build a box yourself. Otherwise, with just a few clicks, you can pack an Operation Christmas Child shoebox gift online to help share the Good News of Jesus Christ with a boy or girl in need around the world. Simply select toys and other fun items you’d like to include from the online collection, and personalize your gift with your own letter and photo. They’ll pack the gift for you and send it on its way for a suggested donation of just $25.
Visit www.samaritanspurse.org/buildonline to build a box online.
